Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern all use of the Qianhong website and any inquiries, quotations, or purchase orders placed through it. By submitting an RFQ or purchase order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations and Order Confirmation

All quotations issued by Qianhong are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless a shorter validity is stated in writing. A binding purchase agreement is only formed upon Hangzhou Qianhong Network Technology Co., Ltd.'s written order confirmation. Verbal or implied commitments do not constitute a contract.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer) with 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance prior to shipment, unless a confirmed Letter of Credit (LC) or alternative arrangement is agreed in writing. Hangzhou Qianhong Network Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to adjust prices for orders affected by material cost fluctuations exceeding 5% between quote date and production start.

4. Delivery and Title Transfer

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all goods are sold under Incoterms 2020 FOB port of origin. Title and risk transfer to the Buyer upon loading at the named port. Qianhong will provide commercial invoice, packing list, transport document, certificate of origin where applicable, and any product-specific documents expressly confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.

5. Product Specifications

Product specifications are as stated in the confirmed order, sample approval, or product datasheet. Minor variations within the confirmed tolerance range or ordinary manufacturing tolerance do not constitute non-conformance. Custom specifications must be agreed in writing prior to production and may affect lead time and price.

6. Warranty

Hangzhou Qianhong Network Technology Co., Ltd. warrants that goods are free from material defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of shipment, subject to correct installation and use per the supplied manual. This warranty does not cover consumable parts, damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow installation guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, technical documentation, and branding remain the intellectual property of Hangzhou Qianhong Network Technology Co., Ltd.. Buyers may not reproduce, resell under a white-label arrangement, or reverse-engineer products without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hangzhou Qianhong Network Technology Co., Ltd.'s liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific shipment giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Hangzhou Qianhong Network Technology Co., Ltd. be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under CIETAC rules in Shanghai.
